Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping: Please allow 10-14 business days for processing before orders will ship during launches. Processing time may be longer during launches.
All sales are final during giveaway periods and are not able to be refunded. Purchases made during this time are accounted for entries towards prizes, therefore are ineligible for refunds & full returns. Exchanges can be made, Please see below for exchange policy.
Exchanges are only allowed if the item is unworn, unwashed with all tags intact. Exchanges of any item purchased are for exchange only or store credit. In order to exchange an item, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery date.
For Exchanges: Customers pay shipping to return department and we cover the shipping back to customer with exchanged item.
We do not refund shipping costs.

We will do our best to make any order or address changes before order is shipped. Please note if order is returned to our PO Box, we can communicate with customer to reship order.
